We prioritize complete transparency in our operations. To uphold this, we facilitate a direct in-person meeting between you and the property owner. Additionally, for tenant security, we issue a Post Dated Cheque (PDC) at the agreement's inception, covering the entirety of the tenant's payment. This PDC is set for 2 days before the tenure concludes, enabling a smooth vacating process. Rest assured, the agreement will be executed on legally valid Stamp Paper.
We have a modest service charge in place to enhance your leasing experience. For a lease tenure of 2 years, a nominal fee of Rs 10,000 will be applicable. Similarly, for a 3-year lease tenure, the service charge will be Rs 15,000. This small investment ensures the smooth facilitation of your leasing process, covering administrative support, legal documentation, and comprehensive tenant services throughout the lease period.
